Product Information
Do you add preservatives, artificial flavorings, or high fructose corn syrup to your products?
Our vegan, gluten free and dairy brownies and blondies are free from preservatives, artificial flavorings, and high fructose corn syrup. All of our recipes use organic and/or natural ingredients.  Our dairy-based items are made with organic dairy and eggs, and our vegan items are made with organic coconut oil.

I have allergies. Where can I find your allergen information?
We list allergen information and ingredients on every product page. For those with nut allergies and/or celiac disease, please note that we bake our products in a facility where nuts and flour are handled. If you require any information not listed here or on a product page, please get in touch using our contact form or by emailing info@tulabakeshoppe.com.

How long will the brownies and blondies remain fresh?
We recommend eating our brownies and blondies within a few days after receiving them. Be sure to store them in an airtight container once opened and in a cool, dry place, such as a cupboard, to maintain freshness. You can also freeze them for up to 3 months. Thawing takes roughly one hour at room temperature.

Do you offer gift certificates?
At this time we do not offer gift certificates.

Ordering & Payment
What is the minimum order I can place?
The minimum order is $10 in total.

I need to place a large order totaling over $260. How do I do that?

How do I order and schedule catering?
We provide catering in the Bay Area. Please get in touch using our contact form or by emailing info@tulabakeshoppe.com. Tell us as much as you can about your event, such as its location and the expected number of attendees, so we can better assist you.

I need gift boxes for a corporate event. Do you sell gift boxes?
We would love to be included in your corporate event! Gift boxes can be provided and will feature the Tula Bakeshoppe logo. We do not offer custom-printed boxes at this time. Please get in touch using our contact form or by emailing info@tulabakeshoppe.com.

Can I buy your brownies and blondies at any retail locations?
Yes! Our products are available in San Francisco. Please visit our Retailers page.

Do you charge tax?
No, we do not charge tax for online orders that are shipped to your address.

Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Discover, and Diners Club debit and credit cards for online orders made directly though this website.  

Can I cancel my order after I’ve placed it?
You can cancel your order for up to 24 hours after it has been placed. Please get in touch using our contact form or by emailing info@tulabakeshoppe.com.

I’m not happy with my order. What do I do?
If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your order, please get in touch using our contact form or by emailing info@tulabakeshoppe.com. You can view our return policy here.

Shipment
Where do you ship your brownies and blondies?
We ship to the continental US, Hawaii and Alaska.

When will you ship my order?
We will ship your order within 3 business days. If you require your order sooner, please get in touch using our contact form or by emailing info@tulabakeshoppe.com.

What are my shipping options?
We ship via the US Postal Service. During checkout, you can select from Priority (1-3 business days depending on location) and Expedited (overnight to most locations) Shipping. We provide tracking numbers for all of our orders.

How will my order arrive?
Your order will arrive in plain packaging and most orders will not require a signature upon receipt. However, we do require Signature Confirmation for especially large orders.

My package did not arrive. Help me!

I’m having trouble with the website. Who do I contact?

Be sure to provide as much detail as you can about your issue, such as the browser you are using including the version and what you are having trouble with, such as checking out or placing a product in your cart. Also tell us if you’re using a mobile device, laptop, or desktop computer.

How often will you email me if I sign up for the mailing list?
Everybody hates spam, including us. We promise to send you one email per week or less regarding our products, promotions, and bakery news. Please note that we are not including order-related emails in that number.

Will you share my information, including my name and email, with third parties?
We will never share your information with any third parties unless required to fulfill an order. For example, our payment processor and shipment providers must know your details in order to take your payment and deliver your orders. We do not sell or share our email lists.
